"Borderline" means over by no more than the rounding in published sizes (0.5 cm, about 0.2 in). It may pass at the gate, but we don't promise it.

Notes from our data check
osprey.com (US page https://www.osprey.com/daylitetm-expandable-travel-pack-26-6 and the EU page) returns a Cloudflare 403 to automated access, so specs come from the official Osprey Australia store: 'VOLUME 26 L DIMENSIONS 43 cmH X 33 cmW X 16 cmD WEIGHT 0.84 kg', 'Lightweight: 1.85 lbs., 0.84 kg.' Inches are converted from cm. Brand says 'Internationally accepted "personal item" dimensions, accepted by 85% of biggest airlines'. EXPANDS: 'Main compartment expansion 2”/6L' (to 32 L). Expanded external dims are not published, so expandedDims is null. If the 2" is added to depth, it becomes about 21 cm and stops fitting most personal-item limits. Laptop: 'Simple laptop sleeve', no size. US price unconfirmed because the osprey.com page is blocked (an Amazon search extract showed $108), so null. ASIN from Amazon page title 'Osprey Daylite Expandable 26+6 Travel Pack, Black OS'; page not opened. Other colour ASINs: B0CN1JCRSD, B0DF863NS2.
